Entry conditions
Entry conditions for the Rhodius online puzzle competition 2010
- Closing date is 04.03.2010
- There are in total four Nintendo Wiis to be won.
- The three participants with the best scores from the game will each receive a Wii. In the event of a tie, lots will be drawn to decide who wins.
- All registered participants who appear in the rankings will be entered in a prize draw to decide who receives the fourth Wii. Winners will be notified in writing by post and/or by e-mail.
- All persons resident in Germany are eligible to take part, with the exception of employees (and members of their families) of Rhodius Schleifwerkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG and other companies involved in the development and running of this promotion and the competition.
- Rhodius Schleifwerkzeuge does not accept – to the extent allowed by law – any liability for damages arising out of the allocation, use and/or claiming of the prize.
- No cash alternative. The winner himself is responsible for any payment of taxes on the prize (approximate value € 200).
- The judges’ decision is final
Data protection:
Any information supplied as part of this promotion will be collected, used and processed for the purpose of running the 2010 online puzzle competition and for ascertaining the winners.
